Through internal supplier management practices, we work with suppliers in alignment with our responsible sourcing focus and quality considerations. Ongoing engagement and collaboration support continuous improvement and contribute to supply chain resilience, transparency, and long-term value creation for Grobest.

Product traceability is a crucial aspect of our focus on sustainability, quality, and customer satisfaction. This approach not only supports the integrity of our products but also reflects our attention to transparency, responsible sourcing, and compliance with industry regulations.

Effective and sustainable supplier management means supporting choices about what we buy and how we work with our suppliers benefiting not only our business but also the environment and society. Therefore we encourage all our suppliers to comply with applicable laws and regulations, supporting a sustainable and ethically responsible supply chain. Since 2019, we have been working to raise the bar in responsible sourcing through the implementation of the Grobest Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC), our Human Rights Policy, and the Grobest Group Procurement Manual. We ask all suppliers to agree to and sign the SCoC, which outlines our expectations , including respect for human rights and support for safe, responsible, and sustainable business practices.

We are focused on deepening our relationships with our suppliers, driving greater transparency, and expanding our sustainable sourcing practices across our supply chain. We hope this proactive approach to supplier management will play a vital role in achieving our sustainability goals and maintaining the high quality of our aquafeed solutions.
