Human Rights

In 2019, the Grobest Board of Directors adopted the “Grobest Code of Conduct” to safeguard human rights in the workplace and promote effective human rights management. This code applies to employees, temporary workers, and suppliers. In April 2022, the company further issued a Human Rights Policy, explicitly affirming its commitment to upholding human rights. This policy outlines the company’s management expectations regarding principles supported by the International Bill of Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. It serves as a key reference for advancing and strengthening human rights management and respect.

Our employees are aware and comply with our Human Rights Policy from the start of their employment and throughout their tenure. The policy is communicated to all employees during their onboarding, and is reinforced through annual internal employee trainings and visual notices, discussions in meetings and townhall events throughout the year.

Our Employee Grievance Policy, which provides a mechanism for individual employees to raise grievances, ensure they are dealt with promptly, fairly and without retaliation.
