Ethical Business Conduct

Grobest has established several policies, including the Grobest Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interests Policy, Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, and our Human Rights Policy. These policies are informed by the UN Global Compact, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the UK Bribery Act, and are subject to regular review through established governance processes, with final approval by the Board of Directors.

Ethical oversight and guidance are embedded within the organization to uphold and promote high ethical standards, provide direction on ethical matters, support adherence to the Code of Conduct and related policies, and address ethical concerns raised by employees or stakeholders. Matters related to compliance and whistleblowing are reviewed on a regular basis to support timely handling and alignment with Grobest’s values and ethical principles.

If you have any serious concerns that need to be addressed with the strictest confidentiality, please contact the Grobest Ethics Hotline at ethics@grobest.com.
