Risk Management

Grobest’s approach to risk management is integrated throughout our business to identify and address material risks, including ESG risks. These encompass, but are not limited to, the following categories: political, regulatory, market, competition, supply chain, human resources, cost management, environmental and social risks, as well as risks related to fraud, corruption, and bribery.

Grobest employs an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach that facilitates the systematic identification, evaluation, and treatment of risk scenarios. This approach enables the company to set strategies, prioritize actions, and capitalize on opportunities. By adopting a holistic perspective that integrates both top-down and bottom-up methods, we ensure that risk identification, evaluation, and management are conducted at the appropriate organizational levels.

The Board retains ultimate responsibility for overseeing the Group’s risk management activities and monitors significant Group-wide risks, including those related to ESG issues.
